1. About Us

Double Tee Time is a licensed insurance career placement and marketing organization that connects motivated individuals with opportunities to build careers as licensed life insurance agents. We are not an employer in the traditional W-2 sense — agents we place operate as independent contractors on commission-based compensation.

2. Application Process

By submitting an application through our website, you certify that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are a legal resident of the United States
The information you provide is accurate and truthful
You understand this is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed income
You consent to be contacted via the phone number, email, and SMS in connection with your application

3. Nature of Opportunity

The opportunities Double Tee Time facilitates are independent contractor positions paid on 100% commission. There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Earnings vary widely based on individual performance, effort, market conditions, and time in the field. Licensing is required and provided through our placement partners.

Top performers in year one may earn $60,000–$110,000+. A meaningful number of new agents earn very little or nothing in their first 60–90 days. Past results do not guarantee future earnings. We make no representation or warranty regarding the income any individual will earn.

4. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from us related to your application, including but not limited to:

Application confirmations and status updates
Screening questions and quick follow-ups
Information session invitations and reminders
Interview scheduling and confirmations

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Consent is not required as a condition of any application or service.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and any other wireless carrier) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability, and Double Tee Time makes no guarantee of message delivery times or successful delivery. By opting in to SMS communications, you acknowledge that messages may be delayed or fail to deliver due to factors outside of our control, including carrier issues, network outages, or device limitations.

5. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use the website or our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data from the website

Insurance is regulated at the state level. Not all opportunities are available in all states. Successful candidates must obtain and maintain a valid state insurance license. Licensing requirements, fees, and timelines vary by state.
